We want you to love your STATE pieces, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a seamless 30-day return window for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all original garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
